A Catholic Girls School in the Benedictine Tradition

National Merit Semi-Finalists Named!

Donna Wallace
Congratulations to Gabi Bradford and Meg Mercante for being named National Merit Semi-finalists today. Over 1.6 million juniors entered the competition by taking the PSAT last October. Meg and Gabi earned this honor by scoring in the top 1% of students nationwide.  They are now eligible to compete for $31 million dollars in scholarship money and to be named National Merit Finalists.  Not only do Meg and Gabi represent our Benedictine tradition of Study magnificently, they fulfill our other three values of Prayer, Work and Community every day at SSA.  We are proud to call them SSA Doves.  Congratulations!
